e.g. lightskin blacks vs darkskin blacks
french- canadian vs canadian
western europeans feel superior to eastern europeans
east asians feel superior to south-east asians
Actually you need next to no proof for the Human Rights investigator's to come to your workplace and make your alleged abuser's life very uncomfortable . Laws protecting individuals from racial discrimination were designed as a shield to protect people but now they have also become a club to lash out at your boss if you choose to .ig-88 said:Are you being sensitive or is it genuine discrimination?
Unfortunately, to be able to prove it, you need some evidence such as constant use of racial slurs/jokes creating a hostile work environment, or a systemic pattern of promotions/raises being denied to members of a particular persuasion.

Look when a minority s singled out it must be because they are non-white.......being competant is a non-issueCapitalGuy said:Before you do anything, you'd best be quite certain that any negative behaviour being displayed towards you is, in fact, based on an unfavourable bias towards your race, as opposed to an unfavourable bias towards incompetence or other undesirable work habits.
