This man had no interest in eating the raccoons, hunting it in a humane way for sport or protecting the inside of his house, so your (alleged) "logic" is a bit off. There are also laws and rules for dealing with raccoons. This man chose to ignore them and savagely attack a baby raccoon outside.

Fishing is an entirely different matter and has no real place in this discussion. It is also controlled, licenced and subject to law. Where is your logic in even bringing it up?

The only way I would condone killing an animal by clubbing it to death is if one was doing it out of necessity to eat or to protect oneself or one's loved ones from attack.

As for fishing, I don't believe in it unless it is for food. However there is a school of thought that says fish don't feel pain because they lack a central nervous system - being neither a fish nor an ichthyologist I can't confirm or deny that, but I also don't fish for sport, so I feel pretty good about my moral high ground.

Once again - and try to read this word-by-word so that you understand - I actually do believe in law and order. Fishing is legal. Hunting is legal. Killing/maiming raccoons with a shovel because one is angry is not legal - and it makes me question the mentality of this Mr. Dong and those who think his actions are fine.
