Is it possible to be a good person, loving and kind and yadda yadda, but still worship SATAN ?

Or must you be evil ?

Yes. To good person and No to evil.

There's no such thing as Satan so blaming a non existent deity for doing evil things is just bullshit
Correct.

You can worship "Superman" but still be an asswhole and do bad things. OR be a nice person.
Your behavior and your conduct should not reflect your belief or worship. BUT the perception is by general public and media if you dress in black and do evil things and have satan symbol on your for head. Then you are... evil

I met religious freaks who did witch craft on innocent people, stole, etc and yet said Jesus loves them. Heck I seen countries where people do crimes constantly but Jesus forgives them.
Religion, State, and Human Behavior are always separate.

Here is a perfect example of woke.

Probably the most appropriate and welcoming forum for such a topic. Not.

Evil and Satan are human constructs. It’s part of collective ego.

You can worshiping whatever you want and not be evil or hurt humanity and collective consciousness.

It’s what you do with your thoughts and how much you impose your ideology on others and attempt to change them to your ways that matters.

I've encountered far more "bad" Christians than I have Satanists.
Sometimes this is worse because the satanists will tell you to your face how they feel while some christians will be nice to you and pretend to be nice but behind your back will go out of their way to hurt you and talk ills to bad mind you to undermine your character and get off on it and feel good about themselves.

Can't say I've ever met a Satanist but I do know that more atrocities have been caused in the name of religion than just about anything else

Tons of good people worship Donald Trump. So I'd say yes, it's possible. If you do though, you're probably just very VERY confused. Or drunk. Or High. Or stupid. Or all of the above.

Really depends on which branch of Satanism. The Church of Satan types are almost always assholes. They are basically Libertarians but with some mysticism on top.
The Satanic Temple people tend to be very nice.

Most Satanists are atheists who just want to belong to a group that pisses off organised religion.
That's the Satanic Temple types. They also do a lot of community activism and media stunts that try to support separation of church and state by amusingly pushing back on overreach by organized religion into the public sphere.
(For instance, they built that Baphomet statue to put up in response to 10-commandments statues placed in public spaces.)

I have no love for Christians. But between someone affiliated
with a respected church denomination and a satanic cult member
I am not sure if I can trust the latter to be more likely to be a decent
human being.

As far as I know, Satanists have not persecuted people, they haven't wiped out whole villages trying to convert people... I think maybe "respected" isnt a word I would use to describe the Church.

Atheists don't believe in Satan. Satanic cults offer
or at least tolerate free sex which makes them alluring
to Christians of weak faith.
