Interesting that to knuckle dragging old farts, the concept of women's rights are a politically left issue - as is any issue that drags them out of the cave into the 21st century. Any glance of current employment statistics will illustrate that there is a huge gap between the ratio of women in the work force and comparable ratios of advancement & compensation. These are the same old farts that restrict access to birth control and force their own outdated beliefs to wrestle control of a women's body away from themselves.
If you really can't figure out why these women are protesting - maybe you are one of the cave dwellers.
The Roman Catholic Church is a private club who are allowed to set their own rules for ordination don't like it start your own church. its funny that none of them are protesting against the islamic booth at dundas square giving out free books calling for sex slavery, wife beating, saying women needs a man's permission to leave the home, etc these same books are freely available in Canada.

the only people who want to control women's bodies are male feminists who are constantly busted and arrested on weekly basis for sexual assaults, rapes and other abuses towards women
