Probiotics

Anyone here have experience with them and is willing to share?

I'm planning to head to the local GNC pick some up and give it a go, I just wanted some input on whether it's safe, and whether it's effective or just a waste of money.

What do you need them for? Are you cleansing?

I'm guessing you have yeast problems.
Best treatment IMO for yeast infection is Garlic (Kyolic brand)

I'm using it for cleansing. I don't think I have a yeast problem, I don't even know the symptoms for one might be.

I've seen a couple of billboard ads about probiotics but do not know what the principle behind their mode of action is.

Anybody?

p.s. My automatic skeptical assumption is that they're BS.
