Asking what your frame of reference is is totally legit. What is your baseline for your 1/2 the amount reference? If it's not before and after Oct.7, what is it? Israel wasn't fucking up the aid prior (Hamas sure was), so clearly that was the date when things changed. We all know what happened on Oct.7 to change that dynamic.
