There is a way to deport and Colombia has accepted repatriations before.
But using their illegal status as an excuse to humiliate and disrespect people while fueling racial divisions and paranoia is obviously going to see pushback.

He has every right to deport him, and Colombia has to take them back
there will be a significant volume of illegal immigrants deported back into Canada.
