How does the Dextromethorphan work? Do you just take it as prescribed?

With caution that if overused you can not cum at all or not cum a second time if that’s what you want:

You can't develop a tolerance to lidocaine, benzocaine etc. And there is NO mistaking an effective topical anesthetic. It FEELS numb to the touch.
