Find a known Urologist or specialist in ED. There are various tests to determine your issue and your suitability for various remedies. Most GP's have little training in ED but they can monitor your prescriptions once a specialist establishes a proper treatment. You might be surprised how quickly this can be resolved by a trained and open minded ED doctor who can customize a treatment for you.

Think of your woody like a room with a ceiling and a floor. Too close to the floor and you lose your erection. Too close to the ceiling and you bust too soon. 1) try drinking a beer 30min before you do the deed. I find it numbs the sensation in your cock.

2) find a position for you where the sensation isn't as intense. With civilian girls, I just let them ride me like a surf board. They enjoy grinding their clit and the squeeze isn't as strong in that position

If you under 50 and in reasonably good physical health it's all mental. I'm in my early 50s and now seem to have trouble finishing. (Opposite of PE) . I guess in some eyes not a bad problem to have but it does get frustrating when yu can't climax, then it starts to play games on you that yu won't ever be able to finish and feeds on itself- kind of the same way PE is. In my early 40s there were a few occasions were I did PE. Totally didn't expect it (nor did the provider) but I really didn't let it get it to me. I guess that's the key.
