to the op.. you might want to be specific about what is making you so angry... Around here peoples thoughts are often misunderstood unless they are clarified.. Are you mad about the bitcoin scam??? IF you are I completely agree its wrong but anybody who believes the CRA is actually taking bitcoin to pay off debt couldn't have thought it through. I'm not defending the people who scammed her but she could have called CRA to verify that she had to do it. I mean.... come on.. 17,000? Its going to be a excruciatingly painful investigation to figure out where that money went.. people use bitcoin for that exact reason.. Its completely untraceable .. The wallets always generate a new address no matter what. I remember one time I was scammed by a site I used to buy bitcoin - They asked me for my cc info and how much I wanted to buy. Thank god I chose the cheapest option and I used a prepaid that way I didn't feel that bad about it. I feel bad for this lady though I wish she contacted friends or family to ask them for help or even ask them to take a look at it.
