Don't you remember, Justin says that our veterans are asking for more than what the government can give them. I'm guessing that extends to active soldiers.so then solders should probably be making what 250-500K a year plus then? maybe a mill?

Perspective plus supply and demand. These are questions that torment men's and women's souls. Why? For example, why should someone make $330 million for hitting a little white ball? Why does my roofer charge me a minimum $500 just to do a little patch on my roof? Why?
You can add greed...in some instances.Perspective plus supply and demand.
The U.S. system is a terrible system to use as a comparison. And an electrician risks being electrocuted, and a miner risks being buried alive, and a press operator risks losing a limb. Risk is just one part of the equation, and while it does justify higher wages, what is a fair rate is relative. I think it's already common perception that polices wages in Canada are too high, on average. The average police wage in America, which I personally feel presents MUCH greater risks to officers, is $24,000 a year lower than Canada. And that's after accounting for the exchange rate!
What does this have to do with anything ? The guy who does the autopsy probably hates doing it on this girl . Should she or he now get a few hundred k?Agreed - all you nay sayers just imagine how it felt to discover this https://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/dad-c...self-inflicted-gunshot-wound-police-1.4300790.
How can an animal harm their own little girl.
The majority of cops are good and run towards danger not away from danger like most people.
And living expenses are a lot higher in NYC as wellCanada has the highest paid police in the world. A constable in the GTA makes a higher starting salary than a NYC police sergeant
Which is why the vast majority of Toronto cops don't live in the city. If they chopped the salary and made it mandatory that they live in the city, how many would stay? How many would flock to other departments? And living expenses are a lot higher in NYC as well
Manhattan is ridiculously expensive (except Lower East Side and Hell's Kitchen), we are talking Wall Street money. And living expenses are a lot higher in NYC as well
