I have no problem with what the cop did.
Morons are lucky they didn't get a steel baton upside the head.

As of 12:00 noon, she was removed from patrol.

Confirmed

As of 2:00 P.M., she was suspended and disarmed, pending an investigation.

IMO She assaulted several people, even if she did not agree with the protester she had no right to pepper spray him. The innocent bystanders were also sprayed on purpose. I would say that they have cause to pursue an assault charge and seek civil compensation.

BTW - Montreal police officers are not disarmed unless they are being investigated for criminal charges.

There is a second video that has surface of her beating and choking a man because his friend had a beer outside his front door. Someone has leaked where she lives. Now she is under police protection at her home in a municipality outside Montreal because she has had many death threats. Someone has also set up a Facebook page on her. Search Agent 728 on Facebook.

1. asshole should have left once asked to do so by police, not leaving once asked by police or even arguing with a police officer is a chargeable offence
2. montreal police should find a new supplier for their pepper spray, i've had taco sauce stronger than that

What was that guy saying for the most part after the spray?

I don't speak French.

Was he continuing to taunt....or asking how to deal with the spray.

I usually don't blame cops for doing their duty, however this was abuse of force by her part. Her actions were uncalled for. She should be fired as sue assaulted those people. He live in Canada and not in a third world country !

They will throw her to the wolves now. The Chief of Police has made a public statement that her actions are not acceptable. I will bet you she looked like a girl when she joined the force but now looks like a dyke out of control now that the doughnuts have gotten to her.
