But, she seems to be such a fine example from the Montreal Police Force!So then the question becomes what was her duty? (orders). Also, what were her options? Pepper spray is not to be used unless there is a threat to the officer. Unlawful use is criminal assault. Honestly, people like you seem to long for some authoritarian system where you can just get picked up and beaten by authorities with no recourse.
