I'd look into the legal aspects before you go any further. I'm no expert, but I believe any real-money game that take in a rake (say, to pay the dealer) is illegal, regardless of where it is. Home games are apparently fine so long as there's no rake. But even with no rake, running a real-money poker tournament out of a strip club could be illegal as the club may profit through drink/dance sales. I highly doubt any club will allow that.
I believe the 905 Lounge out in Pickering does do some blackjack occasionally, and provides free dances as prizes. They may have some legal workaround.
