I googled it, it seems 'garnish his/her wages' is the most common way to say it.

Having said that, I also seem to remember that garnishee used to be used in past. Who knows? Maybe the Matrix cat altered the program recently.

Most women with fake reports that have a man instantly arrested without question, without proper procedure go free, (male guilty until proven innocent) lots of time, anxiety and money.
