I'll be the first to admit that part of the issue is that we live in a 21st century wired up world that conditions us for total instant gratification. There will be no chance of anyone getting together unless there's a connection within 5 seconds. But seriously, waiting 10 years to get laid from a civvy while she plays hard to get with 100 other dudes through Lavalife is simply a disgrace to the female gender. Some women just abhor the thought of sex even if they sense the relationship may lead to an emotional connection. Probably due to a lack of confidence, fear of the consequences or change in dynamics, or simply the multitude of choices available out there through technology.

In the 18th & 19th century, you went to a ball, saw a girl you liked, danced with her, charmed her with gifts and flowers, professed your love (after rubbing your hard cock against her to ensure it was genuine), and then sealed the deal (or asked her parents for permission to that effect). This probably happened over the course of a few weeks/months and the women allowed men to court them for such a period of time. Sounds like you are more charitable than me. The SPs I choose to see can afford to buy their own lunches and dinners, but at least we both get something of value out of it. I respect honesty. Nice guys who pamper women with expensive dinners and get nothing out of it deserve to be one of the 100 guys with whom she plays "hard to get." I learned not be a nice guy anymore. If there are more women these days who are highly educated and earn a decent living, and have hundreds of options out there in terms of men through the internet/workforce/gym/social circles, how can you explain why they are still single on Lavalife after 10 years? Too picky or too indecisive as a result of too many options? Blame the men who pander to their vanity, not the men who want to fuck them.
