I don't like Pizza Hut pizza. Dominos pizza tastes better for a big chain. Il Fornello pizza is my favourite.

I was at Black's yesterday to pick up my prints. I pay for them and say "This envelope looks light - are they all in here?" Clueless salesperson says "Yes, they are all there - I guarantee it". I get home and half are missing. I call up and the manager looks around and says "Here they are - no problem...just come back tomorrow and you can pick them up...I guess bleep forgot to look for all the envelopes" Of course bleep didn't forget to charge me for all the envelopes... I felt like saying have bleep deliver the missing envelopes to my house to save me the trouble of driving over there when bleep gets off shift since she guaranteed they were all there. That idea wasn't popular, but they offered me a dicount voucher instead.

Dude, do you people never learn? Check for things before you leave the store and don't believe anybody when they tell you everyhting is there. I never drive away from a McDonald's window until I see the contents of the bag first and you would be amazed how many trips I have saved because not everything is in the bag.

Or maybe it reroutes the call to the central # if they don't pick up fast enough. Maybe "anna" was told to do what she was doing because it got the customers service faster.

I used to call direct for my Gino's pizza but then they got around that and now the number goes direct to their main number. It is more personal that way when dealing both in store with the staff and on the phone. When it goes to their central desk the store does not know the voice of the caller. Gino's used to know my face and my voice. Now I am just another person identified by my phone number. Everything is getting so robotic.

Personally I'm sick and tired of physically going to auto-parts places and the nerds at the counter telling me to "hold on" and going to the backroom to look for a part some lazy slob inquiered about on the phone.

It's like we're conditioned that a phone call is more important than the guy in the store who was there first with money in hand.

I was in Shoppers Drug Mart once and waiting in line at the check out and the phone rang just as she was scanning my stuff. She proceeded to put my on hold whilst answering 20 questions from some moron on the phone. After about 2 minutes of this, I rapped on the counter and said, "Look, I was here first, tell them to hold" She looked at me like "are you serious? This person PHONED here"

Simple procedure - Serve the guy who's first.

Why would anyone eat that crappy za from Pizza Hut

I am at a loss to understand why anyone would eat the overpriced horrid pizza from that place - we have so many wonderful independant local pizza shops in this city -

I bought kfc at Parklawn Lakeshore! Got home chicken tasted like someone urinated on it. Called headoffice in Vaughan and left a message. Never heard from them made several calls.
I called them left another message told them your 1800-IDontCARE number does not work, your company sucks!
