On a serious note...

One time a few years ago I got a rash on the privates, little pink looking blisters, and the fucking itchiest thing imaginable. Of course, the doctor was the first place I went to, freaking out the whole time. It turned out to be a yeast infection, easily treatable with just an ointment.

I will admit, I was totally freaked out though until I was told what it was. I never thought a man could get one of those.
