Well, I haven't seen any. But I'll take your word for it that there are some, or a few.
But here's the thing......
I'll betcha dollars to doughnuts that 100% of the guys that they end up catching who are responsible for all of this murdering are, and to quote you directly, "Arab/North African in origin"

In watching the news, they are saying that there are people being held hostage inside a theatre or night club and there are 8 or 9 terrorists in there systematically picking out innocent people and shooting them one by one. The people in the theatre are begging the cops to raid it, but the French police are just waiting outside, seemingly afraid to move in.

Nothing yet publicly from our Prime Minister. Domenic Leblanc did speak a few minutes saying something to the effect that "this is terrible and we stand behind the French" (not the terrorists?).
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will protect us. He will probably say that even asking such a question is fear mongering, divisive and racist.
It's necessary. Common sense doesn't work anymore. Something that makes people FEEL bad needs to happen to change attitudes of 'do-gooders at all costs' types. We are in the era of feelings over facts. France is reaping what they've sowed. And it won't end with this attack. They're stuck with this for the next millennium. Good luck to them.

It is time to put a bounty on the heads of these rats. The head rats will be afraid of being turned in by the little rats they recruit if they may be sold out. These terror cells offer young Arab guys ideology, comradeship and a sense of belonging. Getting a huge bounty and living a life of financial freedom is a powerful enticement. They may not get 72 virgins in the deal, but money can get them better here in life than a promise of maybe in the afterlife.
