Far from this... I think Phobee has been more than open and transparent in this and previous issues.

For my 2 cents... she has been a shining light here on this Board considering the responses the Board was getting from some other agencies.

As for the discount, I believe she has already made Board members an exception to the standard rates.

Now's the time to let it pass and move on...

When i make a mistake .. lets say the girl is quite late , or she changes her mind last minute or i gotta cancel an appointment or the girl kick the client out after 15min when its suppose to be an hour ... I think its fair to give a discount
then , but in this case its a bit more '' touchy '' and I think the client himself would of ask for one if he really thought it was fair & necessary at that moment

I think the case been doubted with properly , The girl been warned , honest apologizes been said and I'm sure everyone involved already moved on !

I like the way you think Needs2Relax. I agree that a discount or some sort of restitution would be appropriate however this would require the injured party to have to disclose his identity and I'm not ready to do this. However this is my perogative and should not discourage the SP/agency from offering because I'm sure there are many who would welcome and gladly take up the offer.
