Its funny how your 'suck it up and accept it' attitude shows in regards to others but hey you'll raise a whole hell of a lot of stink over what dancer's make for a living, for $10 vs. $20 when it directly affects you.

I'm sure Princess Diana would love to hear your thoughts on how anyone (regardless of fame) is not entitled to their privacy, that they should accept the trauma that these incidents cause.

Wether or not Paris made 20 sex films, maybe she likes to videotape herself in the privacy of her own home, unless she's signing release forms, or intentionally producing them for the general public then she has every right to be upset and pissed off, and fight this in every way that she can.
Yes it's funny isn't it . I am not a public celebrity like these people a fact you can't seem to understand . As far as Diana what a silly comparison if you are referring to her death. Maybe a drunk driver was responsible for it and they should have been more particular who they hired to drive.

Diana used publicity when it suited her.

As far as paris she must be a real twit if she doesn't think her little video will be shown unless she keeps the copy.

That still doesn't change the fact that a dance is not worth $ 20 ,plain and simple my man.

Hmmm... it's odd reading Diana and Paris mentioned in the same thread!

Re Paris... often people don't realize the actual consequences of their actions in the "real world"! Obviously she didn't.

I agree she seems like a twit, although appealing on the eyes, but no boobies! :D

Really, so you believe the photographers have a right to maul, harrass and chase someone just because they are in the public eye? Yes the driver's actions were a cause to the death, but so were the people who caused the chase to begin with. Would she still be alive today? Who knows maybe she would still die in a car crash, but to say that the invasion of her privacy (the paparatzi (sp?)) was not to blame as well would be just silly.

Being a complete idiot doesn't take away from your right to privacy. She never intended for it to be released when she filmed it so she has every right to try and stop it.

The fact that YOU believe dances are not worth $20 does not make it a fact that a dance is not worth $20. The dances I get are well worth the $20, plain and simple.

I didn't say paparazzi had a right to harass her but let's get real , you know they do and even more she did and so does every celebrity. If you value your life and are a celebrity you would be more discriminating in your choice of drivers.

Like another terb said though, the comparison to diana and
paris is not the same.

Re the tape i don't know of any law saying he can't show a tape if he is in it. She can try to stop in but has no right.

RE the $ 20 if you think 3 minutes of dancing is worth $ 20 be happy.

The comparison in the violations of their privacy are certainly the same. When does one draw the line on privacy for celebrities, what rights do they have? How far do we let fans take obsessions?

Both parties on the video tape had denied releasing the tape, he says it was stolen by a roommate. So now does the roommate who stole the tape have the right to release it? I'm no lawyer but it certainly sounds like laws were broken here. In order to use someone's appearance in a video you must have their permission, as with any modelling or film making, the waiver forms give the producer the "legal" rights to release the media. There were no proper release documents in this case.

There is often confusion over when you need a release form and when you don't, http://www.allworth.com/Articles/article11.htm shows examples of what is required.

I did a little searching trying to find the exact laws for you, but I haven't found them yet.

Its not that I "think" its worth it, I know its worth it, it comes down to how I determine the worth of it versus you. Myself if I come out of it after 3 minutes having completely enjoyed myself then it was worth it, so yes I'm happy.

There are a lot of fake videos out there on the net. The only real one I was able to find was on winmx. It is 30 038 020 in size.

It is 2min 56sec and is only a preview of the full length tape, which I don't believe has been released yet.

She is 19 at the time and clearly not drunk, and fully aware of the camera. Before the cam goes on the table, the guy is holding it in his hands aiming it all around as he fucks her in the mish position.

I don't think we have control over fans they will try to get away with as much as they can.Unfortunately you can turn fan attention off and on. While I think excessive fan adoration is ridiculous I have no sympathy for actors . rock stars ,
royal family members etc , comes with the territory.
These people are just people but some fans make them idols.

At the very bootom of the article it says celebrities forfeit much of the right to privacy.

ts not that I "think" its worth it, I know its worth it, it comes down to how I determine the worth of it versus you. Myself if I come out of it after 3 minutes having completely enjoyed myself then it was worth it, so yes I'm happy.
Whether you think or know is neither here nor there. For you it's worth it for me it's not .

The WinMX file is the same as the one that was on bangedup.com, except it was re-encoded from .wmv to .mpg format. I did the same thing, and my file is 30 753 492 bytes. Anybody who downloaded the .wmv file can do the same thing with TMPGEnc.exe, available at
