I am/was just bitchin about the last batch I bought. The oil from frozen french fries seeps immediately right through, and after 20 mins at 400dg, the paper get burnt - not open flame burnt but crumbly burnt. (this time is was "Chef Elite" Brand however I have had this problem years ago with Walmart's "Great Value" Brand.
My favorite that never disappoints is Reynolds Parchment Paper. Gonna order online right now.
