You're making connections that don't necessarily exist. A death doesn't automatically make a cop bad. Cops are sometimes tasked, as part of their job, to use lethal force. A death at the hands of a cop is often justified. When you're in the trenches with bad guys every day, bad things happen. They deal with the people and neighborhoods that you stay away from because you don't want any trouble.
