Outcalls at personal residence

Never done and never will. Too risky. Too many things can go wrong. I.e. she blackmails you, nosey neighbours, you lose your anonymity which I feel is very important in this hobby, and the list goes on.
Never had a problem, but I'm very picky in who I do this type of outcalls with.
Either she's fairly reputable or an SP or MA who I've met previously and has good vibe with.
Normal circumstances this would happen once or twice a year but due to current pandemic situation this is happening more frequent than not with me (4 times since August). Certain SPs and MAs not advertising as working but I've been keeping in contact with.

Same. But now, I keep it to those I've only had history with. Even at that...I sometimes think "what the hell am I thinking"...
I have seen several girls over the years at my place (yes I know surprise I am also a client)
I have had both good & bad, I recommend finding some who has a website (a GOOD ONE not just simple / a template), Find someone who is well known & has a good social media presence.
I find the best way for me to filter who I see is through their Twitter accounts, Not just their posts but their comments too...
I recommenced maybe meeting the girl for an incall first to make sure she is trustworthy?

I agree with bigbiz. I have found a few ladies who I can rely on having seen them a number of times before. I tend to see ladies with some maturity who are professional and will be there in the future. I trust them and try see them as a regular client, ideally low volume who may have given up spas in favour of an occasional source of added income.
Since there change to my living arrangements this year, outcalls have been my go-to choice. I have rarely been disappointed as I believe over time I have developed a better sense of who I am dealing with via text and as soon as the spider senses feel danger, it ends there. Tough to listen to the big head sometimes but in the outcall world I believe it is imperative.
As stated before in many threads, do your research, stick to established and reviewed SW’s, any sense that your communication is not quite right usually means something is wrong.

I have always found incalls much more of a crapshoot as once you arrive it always seemed you were somewhat captive to the situation whereas in the comfort of your own place it seems more relaxed and less stressful than being in a situation where you’re not quite sure who else has the keys to the room, who else may be in another room and when was the last time these sheets were changed

Funny story. The second time I ever hired an sp was an outcall. The first time went perfectly.
I lived in a large condo building at the time. She had some problem with the buzzer so I went downstairs to meet her in the lobby. I see her and she comes back with me to the elevators. The elevator we get on is packed. I'm not talking to her for discretion.
Suddenly a guy taps her on the shoulder. It turns out that this is a potential business partner of hers in her civvie life. She introduces me (using my hobbying alias) and says we're working together as well. We get off on my floor and she is super freaked out. I'm also freaked out that there is now a guy in the building who knows me by a fake name and thinks I work with this girl (whose real name I don't even know). The rest of the session wasn't great because of this.
After that I never did an outcall again.

i host for outcalls but i'm very picky. I'll see the SP or MA first...I got caught once with an outcall that wasn't at all as advertised, put it on my newbie experience of the time . Since i've had only one soso experience with someone i first met at incall. The rest i always always meet first incall and if i feel comfortable, i'll later ask for an outcall. Overall it works well for me. I've pretty much weaned things down to my regular from MTL since Covid started. I'm trying to find a decent SP that could be a regular at a fair price but it's proven to be harder to accomplish in this environment.
My advice to you
1. Never book an outcall with a stranger
2. Always do at least 1 incall with the provider, preferably more than once before suggesting an outcall
3. Make sure the cards are laid down as to what you are looking for.
4. Provide a safe, clean environment
5. Be respectful of the agreed upon terms

Agreed, that's a bit dangerous to get an outcall to me. Play safe is my only way to go.
I did this in the 1990s if it was necessary but from 2000 on I have either gone to the incall, rented a hotel (at my expense) or rented an AirBnB (again at my expense) instead of using my home for dalliances.
