The concerned citizen was walking slowly backwards away from the scene when BLAM all of a sudden. another of the TPS's worst comes in from out of nowhere like a rampaging demon bull and ferociously shoves the meek and mild, slowly walking backwards man violently backwards, where the poor innocent, meek and mild man's skull meets the pavement like a melon being struck by an Aaron Judge home run swat for the ages.

The guy was wrong to touch the cop when badges were flashed but the one cop came in like a raging bull and pushed the guy while he was backing up from the neck. Used unnecessary force and is going to pay the price for it.

Police rarely reprimand their own. This aggresive behavior is rampant in the service. They are another form of legalized criminality.

As soon as the cop in the black shirt showed the suspect his badge he started backing away.
That should have been the end of the interaction.
The cop on the grey shirt needs to be charged with aggravated assault.
There was no need to violently push him like that.
You can easily die from hitting your head like that.
