The real shameful people in this whole situation are his enabling brother, his fellow drug addict sister and his mother ("Robbie's only problem is his weight"). They are the very definition of enablers. They have shown that they don't really care for Rob, only want to ride his coattails.
Enablers yes but I don't think it's they who wanna ride on his coattails. They try to support him to make himself useful but he fucks up even under the spotlight. They have to get him help or he's going to hell in a handbasket.

So according to the Toronto Sun, Rob Ford got shitfaced in a Weston bar and proclaimed for all to hear the communist preversions he wants to subject Karen Stintz to.
At this point I don't give a rat's ass about Rob Ford, he's too full of himself to resign. But I do care about Karen Stintz becoming Mayor. Neither Tory nor Chow are up to the job and this is the shot of adrenaline her campaign needs. I'd advise her to keep quiet about this shitpile and continue to campaign, prove to the electorate that she's the better person.

Maybe his political career yes over but if he has any wit left he will take full advantage of this attention and take this to the entertainment industry and capitalize. So many potentials. Many still see him like a big fat chicken wing eating mascot for the city and his failures seem to make us feel good about our own flaws. Every time it's something else something new with him, new drama, but it keeps us interested and we are all eager to see what's to happen next. I would love to see him appear in the WWE or something really cool and out there but not in politics, especially not in my city. Even though this is pretty funny, in reality it is sad and pathetic and does not set a good example. Also says alot about us as a society and how far we have devolved. One time I was watching cp24 and my little daughter is like dady what's crack. Like serious omg...how do I explain this.
Also looking at everything it is really really freaky how closely this is starting to resemble his actual life although Chris had charm and he don't...

That's sad...hopefully they are OK and this does not push him over the edge. Many are kind of waiting for him to break, to reach his limit, but you are right there is a family behind this. I hope it does not come to that, but am afraid that it might be the inevitable path if something does not change with his habits. He probably needs the crack even more now to deal with all this pressure, the weight of the world fighting to claw at him, and its all like a viscous downward spiral...

I do not watch TV, nor do I read local newspapers, nor do I listen to the car radio when I drive. I did not know our mayor was a guy named Rob Ford. One of the few times I turned my car radio on and listend to CBC radio was back a year ago when this guy was making some apology speech. I imagine that if I had a wife and beat the sh*t out of her and wanted her to come back to me, that I would give a similar speech. This guy has no class, no dignity, nothing.
