Everyone is focused on one thing and only one thing and that is Trump's tariffs. Canadians are spooked by it and also the 51st state thing.
It's not surprising, though.
Being next to the US is always being next to the elephant and right now the elephant is acting in a very threatening manner.

On the slopes of Mount Parnassus, Greece
56% of people voted left, so WTF are you talking about?
How many seats did they win in total?...LOL...You realize how the provincial legislature works right?

Clear mandate for Ford here..Get ready for a lot of highways and tunnels to be built.

Yes I do but its not a reflection of the actual will of the people. Toronto traffic will be a disaster for the rest of our lives if that tunnel is built. Its just the 2 leftwing bitches had to throw their egos around instead of cooperating.

Total wipe out....Leftists don't have a say in Ontario. This is a clear mandate.
Mandate to do what?
No mass deportations.
No ending DEI.
No banning transgenders from any where.
No race, gender, sexual orientation outrage.
The wannabe MAGA rhetoric doesn't apply here.
By the way, NDP, Liberal and Green are together > 50%. They make up the left. The PC has 43%.
So not sure how you think leftists don't have a say.

More like 56% of the 50% or so who bothered to vote. Both the Left and the Right are minorities when compared to the 'Don't Give a Shit About Politics' Party, which has millions of members, but received no votes.
One benefit is I don't have to feel sorry for people with hard luck stories.

As a political and news junkie, I closely watched the Ontario election coverage last evening on both CBC and CTV. I was completely ASTOUNDED by Rosemary Barton’s (CBC’s
chief political correspondent) anti-Conservative bias. As the PCs steamrolled the other parties, I thought she was going to burst into tears at any moment. Anyone else notice this? Not a good look for our national broadcaster, as this leads to cries for defunding the CBC (which I do not favour). If they wish to be respected and survive, CBC really needs to lose the anti-Conservative bias, which was on full display from Rosie last night.
As much as I was delighted to see the Liberals finish 3rd again, I was pleased to see that two former NDP MPP’s, (both pro-terror-Hamas supporters) Sara Jenna and Jill Andrews had their careers kicked to the curb!

$200 million and he lost seats.
Everything he touches is fucked.
I tepidly agree with you. But I did support them telling Toronto to take down bicycle lanes on major arterial roads.

And Crombie lost in Mississauga because her only claim to fame was Hazel giving her the thumbs up.
I actually think she didn't do too bad in her role as Mayor. I was hoping she'd win a seat because the PC candidate was appalling.

Would you back Toronto suing the suburbs to put in more transit?
Get the fuck out, deal with problems in your district.
