FAFO.
you should be asking what will happen if we do not bounce the corrupt liberal party from parliament
FAFO.
It's annoying to say the least. The party itself as far as representation of Ontarian's/Canadian's are insignificant nobodies. You wouldn't think so with all the corporate media coverage they get the same as the other three. Travel around in the same campaign buses (diesel powered funny enough). That party must be funded almost entirely by every taxpayer that practically none vote for.The purpose of the Green Party was to force environmental discussions into politics. It's annoying, because it's so forced on us.
And it only cost the Ontario taxpayer $189 million so DoFo can end up with the same amount of seats he had last time. Hardly the ‘super majority’ that he wanted.![]()

Total wipe out....Leftists don't have a say in Ontario. This is a clear mandate.
Yes, giving people their own money is a bribe. What's the difference between the government and SPs? They both fuck you for money, but only one of them is your choice. The $200 taxpayerbribeoops rebate cheque was a good idea on DoFo’s part to win re election. It only cost the the Ontario taxpayer $3B.
Not every town or city wants to turn into Toronto. Like 20 years back they made some sense because no one was talking about the issues they brought up. But now, every party has a social platform. They are more insignificant than irrelevant, I'd say. It's annoying to say the least. The party itself as far as representation of Ontarian's/Canadian's are insignificant nobodies. Makes me realize how stupid so many Canadians are and why Trump is trying to wake them up.
I am really hoping the voters aren't stupid enough to fall for Carney, but I have my doubts. Now time to get rid of the Trudeau / Carney Liberals.
By winning seats they get "official" party status. That's our system. Those of us with enough gray hair will remember the days of the "Pot Party" who bought their own television ads during federal elections. Well... they never won any seats but they were entertaining as hell to watch. And... look at us now. So maybe the greens will never be in any position of power, but ya gotta keep beating the drum to hope for any change. Why does the Green Party get equal media coverage during election campaigns as the PC's, Libs, and NDP? Provincial and Federal the get only get one or two seats.
$200 million and he lost seats.Needless election in my opinion. It didn't change anything. Sheer political opportunism. Some of the Mississauga ridings were very close. In Erin Mills the PC guy is leading by just 40 votes. The Liberals overtook my riding Etobicoke-Lakeshore not sure what happened there since the other two Etobicoke ridings went solid blue.
With DoFO winning another majority, it clearly tells us that the people of Ontario are happy with what his government has been doing and will continue to do.
If the other parties want any hope of ever ruling in Ontario, they need to merge into one party (since their ideologies are so close anyway) and become more centrist IMHO.
The other parties should also consider changing their leadership. All 3 women are nothing but screeching complainers with nothing to offer.
Me too but it is what I am seeing right now. Many love Carney and all that happened in the last 9 years by the Trudeau Liberals is like it does not exist. Everyone is focused on one thing and only one thing and that is Trump's tariffs. Canadians are spooked by it and also the 51st state thing.I am really hoping the voters aren't stupid enough to fall for Carney, but I have my doubts.
As a political and news junkie, I closely watched the Ontario election coverage last evening on both CBC and CTV. I was completely ASTOUNDED by Rosemary Barton’s (CBC’s
