Yes they do sag, but I think you guys are narrow minded towards implants, paying too much attention to silicone jobs. When I open the Sun everyday, the first thing I say to the guys is yes she has implants, or no she doesn't(it's so easy to tell). A lot have them, and it's getting a little tiring. Less sensitivity, hard as rock, and looking like stuck-on baseballs are the drawbacks.
Ten to twenty years from now they will be removing them because of health problems. Some of the implants are so big they are stretching the skin. Why put something foreign in your body if you don't have to? They might make a few hundred more now, but will pay for it down the road.JMHO
