Once c-36 is LAW .... what will you feel more comfortable going to for INCALL ? Hotel or Condo or Makes no difference?
Condo or house. No more hotels for me if the law passes, or while it's in effect.Once c-36 is LAW .... what will you feel more comfortable going to for INCALL ? Hotel or Condo or Makes no difference?
What is your reasoning ? I thought a residence (permanent location) such as a house or condo ( or industrial unit) would be easier to monitor and riskier for raids then a location that shifts every few days.Condo or house. No more hotels for me if the law passes, or while it's in effect.
Routinly in the United States were it is illegal the cops set up in Hotel rooms & post ads .... then arrest guys that show up. I am sure some of you have seen this on the show COPS. Condo they have not done. Condo .... you could be going there is visit a friend. :thumb:What is your reasoning ? I read somewhere that Peter Mckay wants to give the police force 20 million to abolish prostituion with exit programs ? Anyone have that article ?I don't think location would make a difference , it would more of learning to book with well establish independent escort or agency .And give references on whom you seen before .
If the bill get passed and I'm touring its usually in a , but I think , I will have longer visits and go to a furnished condo to rent , it would be with pre-bookings only
But do you think the police have in there budget to police this , if this even passes ? .
This guy is a monumental MORON to Biblical Proportions!!! Prostitution has survived since the days of Ancient Egypt & this MORAL FASCIST thinks 20 Mil will finally abolish!!! WOOOOOW This guy is sooooo IGNORANT!! :Eek:I read somewhere that Peter Mckay wants to give the police force 20 million to abolish prostituion for exit programs ? Anyone have that article ?

That sounds weird. LE would not be concerned with exit programs. Exit programs also wouldn't abolish prostitution. They would be about enabling SW who want to leave the trade to leave.I read somewhere that Peter Mckay wants to give the police force 20 million to abolish prostituion with exit programs ? The 20 million is over 5 years and is going to likely go to support groups. 4 Million/Year Means that a province the size of Ontario will receive about 1 million a year. It might be enough to realistically start 1 or 2 support programs. Essentially this funding is a joke to show they care about the prostitutes. The $20 mill. is for support groups who claim to help sex workers out of the game. Oh, they are ringing their greedy little hands waiting for these funds. In today's hearing a couple were asking for more John schools for the unwashed masses of men who their only guilt is wanting to have sex. Imagine a man wanting to engage in sex with a beautiful woman and at the same time allowing her to have a good income. Horrible just horrible.
A list? you can use my name if you want. Sometimes it's Bill, sometimes it's Pete, I think I went with Abdul once...Condo.. It seems harder to set up a sting at a Condo.. But one where you don't have to sign in (thereby keeping a list of anybody who actually went to see the lady)..
i don't believe agencies will exist anymore. Whether the girls like it or not, this new law allows them to sell their wares publicly through personal advertising. Bedford has unwittingly upset the ladies here.I don't think location would make a difference , it would more of learning to book with well establish independent escort or agency .And give references on whom you seen before .

And what if a group of women, operating is association, advertise themselves individually, yet on a collective website? And what if these same women, in the interests of economics share a space to ply their trade? And what if these women employ certain individuals who, for a fee, provide security and miscellaneous administrative duties, like answering the phone?i don't believe agencies will exist anymore. agencies will no longer be able to advertise....and bookers, pimps, etc will not lnger be able to profit (already on books..this law gives it teeth)
The website, or newspapers will have to run that by a legal team. But employing people, is a NO NO. in that case they would be making money off the sex act of ladies. Nothing in the new law (either explicit or implicit) that says women can't work in concert to advertise, share space or anything of the sort. The website, or newspapers will have to run that by a legal team.
From what I heard during yesterdays meeting. Escorts are allowed to share an apartment/place so long as no one exploits the other. For example 3 escorts can share a 3 bedroom apartment, each are allowed to entertain there but they are not allowed to exploit each other by telling them, when, where and how to work. And what if a group of women, operating is association, advertise themselves individually, yet on a collective website? Escorts are allowed to have a person who can be security, record license plate numbers (spotter) and who will keep them safe.
