This team is playing exactly how it played the last month of the season and thought they could just turn on a switch and be great again ..
I love this AC crowd inside and out but would they have been better off starting on the road as a under dog or is it too much for this young team to play at home .. If we remember game seven last year .... they dug themselves such a hole on the score board and a to claw back in the last mins of the game ie the home crowd had no positive effect

We can't forget the fact this wizard team swept the Bulls last year in the playoffs . It seems this team has a payoff gear and Raps don't have one
as a life long raptor fan , i'm hoping for the miracle comeback... not likely , but come friday and Sunday i'll still be cheering them on(remember we win both and its our home court advantage again)... its brutal , but hell, at least we have playoffs in Toronto...
we have two 1st rounders?... i'm thinking trading Ross ,the two picks and DeRozan for Wiggins, Bennet and cash... (wont happen , but i can dream lol)

What 2 first rounders ? TRoss is the same player we drafted . His game has not progressed . I was hoping all season that James Johnson would progress. He came into the game and basically got to the basket at will. He scored once and got fouled the next two times. Unfortunately his free throw shooting is atrocious. He missed all four. He got pulled right after that. I can't believe a guy at this level can ruin his career cause he can't figure out how to make free throws!!!!
I think there is a way to coach through this 0-2 disaster, but I don't think Casey has the answer.

Oh I think with Nets and Celtics heading home for next couple of games . Somebody might get a win but it is the Atlantic division and wouldn't be surprised if it didn't happen .will a team from the Atlantic division win a playoff game this tear? Raps Nets and Celtics all down 2-0

I doubt Masai will use that cap space to sign a big name free agent. He's gunning for the 2016 off season which has the big name free agents. Look for him to make band aid solutions this off season. He'll look to sign guys for 1 yr deals. If he sticks to his plan, we'll have over $70 million in cap space, which could land two superstars. That definitely was the big picture plan but current squad overachieved early and therefore expectations got reset to higher and incorrect levels. Great for some of these guys but upgrades are available everywhere and next summer could be the one where you go for broke from a management perspective. Appreciate effort from this group but opening day 2017 could see 10 new faces! But let's not get too far ahead for today as we just need to rock that 202 out tonight and Sunday and bring a party back to the 416 next week! The Raptors really suck and are an embarrassment to this city. If Masai doesn't start cleaning house in the offseason, starting with getting rid of Casey, then he should be fired too.
