It's obvious that most of those who've commented here don't get it.

Oasis, or any other swing club for that matter, is not a brothel. It's a place where people who have a non-monogamist outlook go to hang out with others of like mind. Just because you can hook up with someone(s) there doesn't mean you will. Paying the entry fee is just a means of filtering at least some of the creeper elements that think alternative lifestyle venues are a place for an easy lay. It's the same for the strict dresscode they have at fetish nights.

You wanna have fun at Oasis? Leave your entitled attitude at the door. Be polite, be respectful, don't be afraid to ask questions or afraid to say you're new. People will respond to you favourably.

That being said, I've read on another forum how Hot Springs has grown and evolved. You have about 150 people in attendance these days, and it's a mixed crowd.

So, ummm....just what makes one a creeper? Is one man's creeper perhaps just another man's swinger?

I hail from Florida where all the nudist parks are, and this place is really more of a lounge that you can be naked at.

I go there sometimes just to tan by the pool. It's pleasant and clean, but you have to go as a couple if you arent a girl.

The trouble is, IMO, the admission fee is high enough that it discourages people from attending. I wouldn't think twice if it were $20 to get in, but for $50.. you have to consider the opportunity cost (what else could I do for $50?)

I've recently finally had the opportunity to visit Oasis; it is definitely a neat place! I've been to a few other of TO's swing clubs, and I would say the vibe at Oasis is more relaxed and lounge-y vs. club-like. The music volume was kept reasonable, so people could still easily enjoy conversation. Oasis has a cute 50's boudoir-type decor in addition to a pool, a steam room, a regular sauna, and a nice jacuzzi. It is definitely the kind of place where you can go with your open-minded date (including perhaps your fav escort )

I would not recommend it as a pick-up venue especially for men, but if you go there with the idea of relaxing in a sex-positive environment, you may just meet a few people; more importantly you will probably have a very nice 'n relaxing day or evening.

I very much enjoyed this venue, and look forward to returning soon!

Wednesdays is usually free for ladies I have gone a few times, women go there but they aren't really single women. I have noticed every time I go women are always out numbered, and if you are female and going there solo you get bombarded by men. turns off the whole experience.

I am now thinking just to add going to oasis as a rate package, since it's not fun going by myself.

Like the M4 club, it's a swinger's paradise. Not really suited for single men, or more specifically, single men who aren't seeing anyone on the side.

I haven't personally visited Oasis yet but have friends who have gone numerous times. Apparently it's the most popular one right now so they're doing things right it would seem.


Honestly if you want to check it out just take a rental. Many men have done that going to a swinger's club. When I went to M4 there were several "couples" where the woman was either an escort or a friend.

My "beneficial friend" Amy and I visited the club Thursday night. She had been once before, but I was a rookie. Overall, I quite enjoyed the experience, both because of the venue and the company I kept.

Several observations in no particular order:

• Being a "First Taste" night, it wasn't too busy, even though we didn't arrive until after 9:30. In fact, the dungeon was completely empty at several times during our visit, which allowed us to have it all to ourselves. We tried the swing and the tantra chair, although we were a bit challenged to figure out workable positions. I was almost ready to shout out, "has anyone got an instruction manual for this?". We've decided to go home and re-watch the promotional video...
• To me, the place appeared smaller than in the video. That just means the video was shot with very good camera angles. Still, it had a nice intimate feel.
• We didn't explore the pool or hot tub (for hygienic reasons), but did go for a "ride" in the Shaggin' Wagon and put on a show in the Red Room, along with trying out some new equipment (for us) in the aforementioned dungeon. And of course a shower at the end before heading home.
• As I mentioned, it wasn't terribly busy. There were a few couples chatting in the lower lounge, and we did spy other couples in the wagon, Porn Room, other open areas, and the hot tub. Everyone seemed equally spread out around the house, and stayed pretty much to themselves as far as we could tell, although we did strike up a pleasant conversation with another couple in the locker room as we were all getting dressed. Age ranges seemed to run from a couple in their mid-20s to possibly late 50's (I'm guessing obviously).
• The staff is very polite and friendly. Getting registered was quick and easy.

Only two small quibbles with the place:

• It's a little dark on the stairs.
• The lockers are small (only half-lockers), which is a challenge with two winter coats, a purse, and clothes to cram in there.

Bottom line - would I go back? Definitely. Perhaps we'll pick a slightly busier night next time and see how things compare.

I do have to say, a good time was had by all.

There is an event calendar on the website, I suggest checking it out before going. I was there this evening but it was pretty mellow and the regulars were kinda huddled together in the corner. Not much to see, but I have gone on Genesis nights and have had a wild time.
