in my pants, where there's a party
Think spa meets swinger's club.

It's a great place to chill in a sex-positive environment. The fetish nights are fun. I haven't been to the others. Hot Springs is when they allow single guys, but according to my gf and her friends who went, they're creepy and make women feel uncomfortable.

I have gone to Oasis a number of times with a close female friend of mine and I concur with what dreamblade has stated -- it's a nudist spa with an easy-going, sex-positive vibe (I recall posting about this a while ago). I would also concur that Hot Springs day is the worst day to go, and would add that Oasis is really not a place that is suitable for single guys.

For most women I find if you aren't a hot tall hunk they see you as creepy & are uncomfortable
That's not true! I'm a hot tall hunk and they still see me as creepy and uncomfortable-making. ...well, all right, not all that tall. And really a hot mess, rather than "hot" per se. But still, I'm an average height hot mess hunk of something, and they find me creepy whenever I stand next to them without saying anything for 15 minutes. Try and figure that one out! Friggin' women, eh?

You lucky bastard. My problem is that women (usually the young ones) rub up against me on the subway. Young women to-day have no shame.

I've been there a few times. For a single guy, it's not worth the $50 admission, but YMMV.

You take the Montreal Metro?

I certainly understand the lure for a horny single guy who's intention may just be limited to voyeurism.

I understand the whole business of pairing up at swingers clubs and letting single women in free as more choice for the men plus most 3somes are 2 women one man.

It's also another way for people to feel exclusive by excluding others.

When you see swing clubs allowing single guys it's usually as TO Finest outlined or niche guys like black guys etc.

When you see swing clubs allowing guys in, they are hurting financially and need to make up shortfalls of discounts for couples and free entry to females.

Owner looks pretty hot but looks like she may have a dom/man hating streak which makes it all the more pleasurable to refuse single guys entry.

Momma said don't go where where you're not welcome.

It's obvious that most of those who've commented here don't get it.

Oasis, or any other swing club for that matter, is not a brothel. It's a place where people who have a non-monogamist outlook go to hang out with others of like mind. Just because you can hook up with someone(s) there doesn't mean you will. Paying the entry fee is just a means of filtering at least some of the creeper elements that think alternative lifestyle venues are a place for an easy lay. It's the same for the strict dresscode they have at fetish nights.

You wanna have fun at Oasis? Leave your entitled attitude at the door. Be polite, be respectful, don't be afraid to ask questions or afraid to say you're new. People will respond to you favourably.

That being said, I've read on another forum how Hot Springs has grown and evolved. You have about 150 people in attendance these days, and it's a mixed crowd.

I hail from Florida where all the nudist parks are, and this place is really more of a lounge that you can be naked at.

I go there sometimes just to tan by the pool. It's pleasant and clean, but you have to go as a couple if you arent a girl.
