If the School Board weren't so feint of heart, I'm pretty sure they could investigate this guy for:
  • Failing to provide a "safe" learning environment free from distractions
  • Failing to set a model of positive behaviour and good citizenship
  • Dishonest communication
I doubt that a discharge could be sustained as first disciplinary measure, but I think any reasonable investigation of this guy's claims would lead to finding that he has not complied with existing policy, notwithstanding the absence of a policy specifically directed to wearing large fake tits. I think any form of discipline would have resolved this problem long ago.

However, I believe the Board is jam packed with do-nothing, know-nothing types, simply parked there waiting for a chance to run for a more significant public office, like most school boards!

Except they're getting advice from competent, well-paid board lawyers who are telling them not to do it.

"Safe" learning environment. Those massive mammaries aren't going to kill or injure any students. And if you say they're a "distraction", the counter argument is that any woman with big tits can also be fired.

"Positive behaviour and good citizenship" - too vague to ever be enforced.

"Dishonest communication" - He says "I didn't lie. I really AM a trans woman" and who's to prove him wrong.

What's funny reading the tweets above is they are kind of contradictory now, but they all agree that the school board is bad.

If this really is a massive troll job/attempt to get fired in a way that opens the door for a lawsuit, then it seems the school board's weird silence on the matter makes more sense.
They are just trying to let the thing collapse under the weight of trying to keep the act up.
