True it is a hot button topic and obviously very personal to you, but you might want to update your history of Jews in Spain and North Africa under the Muslims for a good chunk of time. You also have to remember that almost as many non jewish citizens were victimize by the horrors that were the Nazis.
The others (gypsys, homosexuals, the mentally retarded or simple minded, resistance fighters and partisans) persecuted by the Nazis were no where close to 6 million even in total! Extermination of the Jews was called The Final Solution and was on a scale unlike any other group before or since.
You might want to check your facts again as to who were the victims and realize there were nearly 5 million of them. Half the Poles murdered were non Jews.
Would love to see your reference for that as deaths at sea were hard to total as records of such were bad for business, 12 million were offered for sale and recorded as such. The best estimate is ~15%. The best estimate for the numbers who died as a result of the 'institution' of slavery fro the period 1500-1900 is ~4 million.

Then again, the group of non Jews is close at 5 million, nearly half of the total, but hey, they are all tragic victims.

Be as emotional as you want. Anti-semitism is ancient, pervasive and horrible.
But it does not change the FACT that the Spanish Inquisition did not execute jews for not converting. It only executed jews who converted to christianity and then coverted back to judaism again.
Personally I think folks should comment on things they understand reasonably well. To suggest that some topics should not be commented on because you are not jewish...makes me nervous.
And to give it some scale, at most 10,000 people where executed by the Spanish Inquisition, probably less, and not all of them were Jews.

Third the climate and environement has to be close enough that the thing can survive here. So you're not likely to find much from say the amazon rainforest living in ontario.
