Repealing C36 and legalizing is a no brainer, eh?
Keep in mind that the main criticism of C36 was the observation that it threatens sexworker safety by driving the trade into the shadows. No ability to conduct background checks, flourishing aliases, etc. (not to mention that aliases and anonymity are par for the course in the buz anyways...)
So, guess what? That would be easy solved by requiring all customers to provide ID. Think booking a hotel room. You can use cash, but they still ask for your DL.
