exactly!there are many tory supporters who have no idea what the conservative platform was as it was only released a week before the campaign ended. harper gutted veterans, ruined the navy, ran 7 deficits, increased debt by 150 billion, put us in 2 recessions, pissed off our allies, gave rcmp more laws but fewer officers, wouldn't work with premiers, appointed crooks to senate, lied constantly, hid in closet, wouldn't take questions from press, subverted work of parliamentary committees, wouldn't make any compromises on bills, no oversight for csis with greater powers (yes Justin voted for this but wanted more oversight), lied about income trusts, did nothing to save Nortel when it could have been saved, got nothing for many concessions in tpp, etc etc
can't believe these are rebuttals against the above points. And Chretien broke promises on the GST, Free Trade, 500 million on cancelled Helicopters, adscam, appointed Corrupt senators, created the present Refugee rules, cut military spending, cut health care transfers to the provinces, had bad relations with the USA, lied about the Martin shipping contracts.......
Uh huh........lets discourage good relations with are nation's largest trading partner and our staunchest ally(despite occasional squabbles).exactly
can't believe these are rebuttals against the above points.
- $500 million on cancelled helicopters? ok, how about $1.8 billion spent by harper on the g8/g20 summits. france kept it for 1/10th that cost afterwards. that point alone more than offsets the "$500 million on cancelled helicopters". not to mention the abuses during the event lol.
- bad relations with the USA? we're a SOVEREIGN nation. we have no obligation to maintain "good relations".
- cut military spending? GOOD!
butler1000 is a fucking nutcase.
Not to mention how many ladies won't want the inevitable licensing fees and the fact that what they do will be a matter of public record.Legalizing might mean they are gonna tax it.
It might also mean there will be paper trails to our little hobby.
It's good if you are single or your relationship is open about it. Might be dangerous if you have an SO.
Yup, there will be a risk of compulsory paper/digital trails for both the hobbyist and providers. Not to mention how many ladies won't want the inevitable licensing fees and the fact that what they do will be a matter of public record.
The Bill C-36 is Still in place and it will take time to change it. Its up to us hobbyist's, and the girls, ladies to write to Parliament to fix this. Just because Trudeau is in, the Bill still is in place. This needs to be addressed. But I feel we have a better chance now for sure. Peter MC Kay was a F****** Asshole is the first place with this bill and F***** HIM.The Tories made those arguments over and over again and they lost dismally so live with it.
In your wildest dreams...Now Liberals in power can we legalize the hobby already??
you're right, we're dependent on the U.S. sufficiently so that it's important to maintain good relations. hopefully this dependence will continue to decline.Uh huh........lets discourage good relations with are nation's largest trading partner and our staunchest ally(despite occasional squabbles).
And I'm a nutcase.........
Once again someone who's knowledge is lacking. I despair for how Ill informed a section of the electorate is.
Believe it or not not you red, we just have very different opinions.
But as you can see we have some self admitted like gzfzvz. And some just delusional like this guy who thinks Canada's economy operates without without the USA.
Truly an election shows just how dumb some people really are as to how the world works.
Guarantee the simple minded Harper Haters didn't think of THAT,...did they.Legalizing might mean they are gonna tax it.
It might also mean there will be paper trails to our little hobby.
It's good if you are single or your relationship is open about it. Might be dangerous if you have an SO.
I just rhymed a few off the top of my head to show that all gov'ts do unpopular things.you're right, we're dependent on the U.S. sufficiently so that it's important to maintain good relations. hopefully this dependence will continue to decline.
that said, you made points to counter red's, which don't hold nearly as much weight. that was basically my point, which you obviously missed. step out of your bubble.
You forgot the most important transgression - Harper and his cronies, (or should I say harpies? ) gave us C-36!steven lost. there are many tory supporters who have no idea what the conservative platform was as it was only released a week before the campaign ended. harper gutted veterans, ruined the navy, ran 7 deficits, increased debt by 150 billion, put us in 2 recessions, pissed off our allies, gave rcmp more laws but fewer officers, wouldn't work with premiers, appointed crooks to senate, lied constantly, hid in closet, wouldn't take questions from press, subverted work of parliamentary committees, wouldn't make any compromises on bills, no oversight for csis with greater powers (yes Justin voted for this but wanted more oversight), lied about income trusts, did nothing to save Nortel when it could have been saved, got nothing for many concessions in tpp, etc etc
Same difference... Most prefer decriminalization over legalization anyway.Probably won't legalize the hobby. Prob just get rid of the criminalization of purchasing sexual services, that is just dumb.
not if you're transacting in cash.It might also mean there will be paper trails to our little hobby.
As with the repeal of the last law it doesn't mean things will be better. Anytime you have gov't intrusion in these matters things can just as easily get worse.not if you're transacting in cash.
you guys are seriously questioning whether repealing c36 is a bad thing? i'm done with this thread, the idiocy blows my mind.
Lol relax crampy, it will stay as status quo for the time being, concentrating on pimps and under age which is ok with me.not if you're transacting in cash.
