Oh yes, there's that. Maybe there's a nice city park nearby u can take a lawn chair and some snacks, n sit back and relax! I know about pesky neighbors I've had my fair share in the past. My old neighbor in Michigan used to flick her cigarette butts in my backyard everytime she was done her smoke so I'd pick them up and throw them back over the fence into her yard. Just rude and thoughtless, so I get ya!
