I think he may be in the same decline in that he isn't running things. Miller is running domestic immigration. Rubio is running the foreign service and it appears the military now. And several others are just either running their little fiefdoms, or running profit scams.

And it's getting worse.

Decisions are made by Trump, unlike Biden. Do others get flexibility to execute, sure, but that is how it works in any big organization. Top leads, others execute. With Biden his decisions were which pair of depends to put on. You can't call him a King and then say he isn't running anything. Try to be consistent in your messaging.

Whatever you want to believe, you can say a lot of things about Trump, but the one thing is that he is a strong leader and isn't going to delegate big decisions to his minions. Doesn't mean every decision is a good one, but saying others are in charge is absurd.

Anti-mandate isn't the same as anti-vax. You don't see the difference? And Trump doesn't like Venezuela's leader, and sure he would like a different leader, as to what they would do to facilate that, not sure at this point in time. Wanting regime change and talking about it verus actively doing something about it aren't the same.
