The rewriting of this event is on. Rudy phone call to tuberville said they are trying to delay the vote. Thus stopping a constitutionally sanctioned event - counting the electoral votes - was the goal. Using a mob. Using congresspeople. Making up powers and duties that the VP has (can't unilaterally decide to not count electoral votes).

A candidate lost an election as fair and square as has ever occurred (more "irregularities" in the 2016 election) and then tried everything in his power to cheat his way back into power.

Also keep in mind Roger Stone's security detail seen the day or so prior was also seen in the mob. It. Doesn't take much to steer a mob into violence particularly if their leaders have reinforced the idea they were robbed, they need to use extra legal methods because of this, because they won't have a country if this vote goes through.

To whitewash this means one is extraordinarily ignorant of history and how totalitarian movements work. Our problem is we decent people (and you're all decent people here, even those I disagree) tend to believe only bad people do bad things. But the lessons from history show us under the right circumstances, we all might be step by step moved into doing such things (think of the classic Milgram study w the shocks). As Major Thomas says at the end of my atf movie Breaker Morant: "The barbarities of war are seldom committed by abnormal men. The tragedy of war is that these horrors are committed by normal men in abnormal situations."

The cops were themselves in imminent danger. They had already given a verbal warning. The inquiry is going to rule no warning shot was necessary. The rioters had been beating cops all afternoon.

The sculptor says that the statue is worth 10 million $$$ and a far larger, grander and more magnificent statue of the God-President will soon be made that will be "literally priceless".

As Trump has been funded to a quarter-billion $$ by his sheeple-idiots, I know where both those garish PoS statues are going to end up - the members buffet room at Mar-a-Lago. Probably with a Trump charity writing off the acquisition as a charitable expenditure.
