Does it impact breast play in anyway? Metal taste if metal piercings? Sanitary issues? Sensitivity issues? Anything else?

Personally I’m not a fan. I find them a bit of a turn off and they get in the way!

Bit of a nuisance, but not a deal breaker. Yes minor taste, sanitary, and sensitivity issues. And you have to be gentle, and watch your eyes.

LOL at piercing 1 nip to be inclusive. Yeah, I've come to the same conclusion. Nipple rings are not for me, I like sucking on big juicy nips too much. Some plastic or metal added in the mix doesn't sound particularly sexy.
