Still totally confused as to the Habs scratching caufield, kk, and Romanov. Why not release Cayden Primeau as well —- after all if he had won all his starts the Habs would not be 4th. Scape goat then all.

They just want to play mistake free and muck up the neutral zone as much as possible as if it’s pre 2005. But that’s not really their identity either and it’s not worth dinging any long term confidence of younger player either.
