Who is the tallest player to have played for the Toronto Raptors?

Nope.

Marc isn't even a seven-footer.
I could have sworn he was over 7 feet.

Marc's listed height is 6' 11":

and per NBA tradition, that might be 'in shoes'.

The Raptors have had a few 'legitimate' 7 footers, (ie: barefoot measurement). Most of them were stiffs.

Mitch Marner just became the 4th Leaf to make the 100 point club in a season. What Leaf came closest at 99 points at season's end?

I cannot believe that in the history of this franchise that only 4 players have ever had 100 point seasons. Let's take the Buffalo Sabres in comparison. They have had 5 different players score 100 points in a season - Lafontaine, Perreault, Mogilny, Turgeon and Rene Robert. Hawerchuk came very close at 98. The Nordiques/Avalanche franchise has had 8 - P. Stastny, J. Richard, M. Goulet, J. Sakic, M. Sundin, P. Forsberg, N. MacKinnon and M. Rantanen. M. Hejduk was close with 98 one season.
