The economics of green energy can't be beat. When they built the first Hydro plants there were probably people like you saying "what if we have a drought" etc etc

You sound like one of those people who feels good about recycling their household waste and thinks it actually gets recycled.
In reality a very small percentage actually gets recycled making these programs more "feel good" than actually benefiting the planet.
"Green energy" does generate a lot of green if you're connected though...
