With the 40th anniversary coming up soon, Netflix has documentary on the making of We Are The World song, if you don't subscribe to Netflix like me, the jist of it came be found on a documentary from 1985 (first saw it went it aired back in the day) on youtube. Funniest part was Stevie Wonder singing like Bob Dylan to teach Bob Dylan to sing like Bob Dylan, lol.

All great performers, but Cindi Lauper's solo was the best!!!!

Of the 3 songs for the famine relief in Ethiopia,, Canada's Tears Are Not Enough is the best song IMO.

This documentary makes you realize the importance Quincy Jones, Lionel Ritchie and Michael Jackson had on American music.

This documentary makes you realize the importance Quincy Jones, Lionel Ritchie and Michael Jackson had on American music.
Only QJ came close to rivalling Stevie Wonder in terms of influence on the musical industry and musical style. MJ, himself, was highly influenced by Steveland. I didn't see the doc, so I don't know they were portrayed.
