Need help with Computer

I am experiencing a item related to what I beleive is a pop-up blocker issue.

In any event, for example I try to click the link for Chat, as an example and the link is blocked on my compter and unable to open...there are other links that I try to open which is disallowed all together or have to Right Click and select option to Open in Seperate Window.....why would this happen and how can I correct for this....very frustrated

Either (1) disable pop-up blocker, or (2) add the web address (URL) of the website you want to open to the exception list

(1) In the Internet Explorer menu: Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy tab -> uncheck "Turn on pop-up blocker"

(2) Tools -> Internet Options -> Privacy tab ->Settings under "pop-up blocker" -> put in the URL of the website you want to allow popups and click "Add"

You can also try different browers link Firefox or Chrome

Firefox has a lot on plugin to make your browsing easier and I fine Chrome very quick.
