I used to like GM, my first car was a 79 LeMans, that was a great car. My 1990 Grand Am with the 16 Valve HO was a disaster, mechanically, electrically and body-wise. I vowed never to buy another GM, again. The warranty folks were a$$holes, as well as the dealership that sucked the life out of my wallet. However, I have heard that some Grand Am owners had nothing but great service from their choices. And, have also heard good things about their trucks. So, who is right and who is wrong? Every one who is happy wth their choice is correct!
