Between a rock and a hard place
Today

Today I finally gathered up 4 weeks worth of green garbage and refuse to take to the depot. Not as easy as it sounds.
  • Re bag the trash for acceptance by the depot.
  • Exterminate 100 flies that scatter as I rebag the trash
  • Kill the nest of maggots remaining in my trash cans.
  • Load the trunk of my car.
  • Arrive at the Ingram Street transfer station, 7th in line. I am advised that the wait is 15 minutes per person.
  • Piss on a small pile of picket signs when noone is looking.
  • Drive southwest ot the Eglinton Flats dump site.
  • Empty car.
  • They refuse toaccept my garden waste. Reload car.
  • Arrive home, car reeking. Empty trunk. Remove liner. Swab entire trunk with laundry and dish detergent. Power hose trunk liner and leave in backyard to dry.
  • Rescrub garbage bins.
  • Re line garbage bins.
  • Clear space in back yard 140 feet from house to keep garbage until strike ends.
Someone please end this strike.

What is obvious is the inequity of the rich getting richer because they are rich and enjoying the fruits of another's labor. This point stands on its own merit.
Well first I don't agree with the premise and second I don't see it as unfair. Where is your evidence that they are "enjoying th fruits of another's labour" versus increasing their wealth through their own?

This point most certainly does not stand on its own merit, it is highly controversial, I think it is wrong.
