Is it still an advertisement if he won't post his rates? Granted, anything more than 5 bucks for a bj from him would be a dealbreaker for most of us. Still, no rates must mean he is sticking at least to the letter of the law.

What is so magical about 4% that makes it worth pursuing? Seems like a hell of a lot of effort seeing that it will start going up as soon as you reach it. Can't live there forever.
