This actually deals with the issue.
A group of clannish assholes were running the town and the police force through an old boys network and ignored the issue of group rape until it blew up. There were a series of trials about 10 years ago with long sentences handed out.
It's all a disgrace. But attempts to revive the issue 10 years later with an anti Muslim racist message and a rant that the "establishment" protects Muslim criminals is simpy milking and distorting the original situation for political gain.
